This college is a prestigious university for the upbringing of rural students across Andhra Pradesh which is run by the Government of Andhra Pradesh. In RAJIV GANDHI UNIVERSITIES OF KNOWLEDGE TECHNOLOGIES, INTERNATIONAL INSTITUTE OF INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY students won't have to pay any fees but only they have to pay RS: 4000 per year which is also subsidized by giving scholarships. students whose parents are government employees have to pay the fee.
- Admission to the six-year integrated B.Tech courses is offered on the basis of marks in 10+2 followed by counseling.
- M.Tech admission is based on a valid score in GATE.
- Candidates have to appear in a Written Test followed by an Interview to secure admission in the Ph.D. program.
- CSIR NET/ UGC NET/ JRF/ GATE or any other equivalent examination qualified candidates are also eligible to apply for the Ph.D. program.
