Last year government medical college closed at a rank of 14731 ( all India rank ) in Uttar Pradesh under 85% State Quota for EWS category. So based on this, it is quite difficult for you to get a government medical college in Uttar Pradesh. However, now it all depends on the state merit list. For admission to other state government medical colleges, you need to apply through 15% All India Quota. And last year it closed at a rank of 10013 for general category.
