If you mean Rashtriya Military School (RMS) Class 9, admission is through the Common Entrance Test (CET). The official RMS information says the Class 9 CET is normally held in December, and the exact exam date is communicated to registered candidates by email/SMS.

For Class 9, the entrance test covers Class 8-level English, Hindi, Social Science, Mathematics and Science. Candidates who qualify the written test proceed to the interview and medical examination.
