Yes, you most probably can. If you're talking about your 12th board, than you must have attained a certificate for 2018th board exam showing your marks for biology, physics and chemistry. If so, you have taken a total of 6 subjects for your 12th board in 2018.
To be eligible you must average a min 50% for physics, chemistry and biology. Only than you can give NEET 2020. For SC/ST & OBC the cutoff is 40% . So, yes you can give the exam if you satisfy these criteria.
