Hello,
it will get conducted in may most probably with good preparation to decrease human interaction as much as possible. to enforce strict rules which will be followed at the exam center.
SOP will be followed so that there will less impact of any case of virus. so there is less chance of delay. process may start by december or by january as still NEET 2020 is still no completed and new batch is yet to start.
Check NTA site regulary for updates on next year exam.
