Hey!

JEE Mains doesn't provide refund in following two cases:

If you have registered for both jee exams but now you want to attempt either of them.
If you have filled your category as general /obc but now you want to change it, correction form will not accept it.

And yours is the first case, so most probably you won't get refund. But for confirmation you can call or Email at JEE helpline, provided on official site.
