Regarding stay at nit for special round. Please help according to that I will manage my luggage

Well once you have accepted your seat in the alloted institute then you can return back to your home or wherever you feel like going. You have no compulsion of staying in the institute or even attending the classes since if you go to the new institute then your attendance will be counted from that day.
