After completing BBA only can not fetch you better opportunies so I would suggest you for MBA as per your desired specialization from reputed institute to get high packages & job roles. To get admission into top institutions, you need to crack CAT/MAT/XAT etc. You need to choose specialization like HR, marketing, finance or as per your interest. If you are looking a job after BBA then it will not give you good salary, good job profile but job options you can have -

Banks
Marketing Organizations
Educational Institutes
Business Consultancies
