Hello dear student,
If you want the 85% state quota then you must have the domicile of Delhi to be eligible for this . See there is no need of the Delhi quota if you want to take admission in BSc and basic graduation courses in Delhi University. You might need the quota if you want to take admission in medical colleges in Delhi for that you need to have 85% state quota. I hope this helps
