Both of are the different things. Registration fees is charged for your registration in that semester and that course. Tution fees is the fees charged for teaching you through the whole semester. Registration fees is very small amounts usually under 1000 or 5000. But tution fees are larger amount and is in thousands or sometimes in lakhs.
