Yes sir, i understand your query regarding snq as i would like to give you a brief about it as follows:
Snq is a special quota Super Numerical Quota . Which is given to the deserving candidate by the state government. Irrespective of caste reservation snq will be given on the basis of income one with the min income and good rank will easily recieve snq in which the fees of the college is filled by the govt itself. The probability is quite less but if the other person who applied for second round who is holding his seat can get a better college other than this present SNQ seat then there will be a vacancy then u can get that seat if u have good rank

As my son has given 2 sem exam who is under snq quota seat, do I have to do anything for second year payment waive off.

No , if your son is in second sem its nothing to do with the fee waiver as it should be paid as it was during the admission
