Now, as only five days remaining so it's better time to stop your pen for few minutes and give this time to yourself. Ask yourself are u ready for exam?
Try to solve two mock paper daily and just try to revise that mock paper questions that day . This will help you a lot and it will boost your confidence which will help you during your exam.
After analysing mock paper just revise formulas and then take sleep of atleast 6-7 hours at night and 1-2 hours in afternoon . This will keep you refresh full day and keep yourself away from outside food for these five days because from 6th day your new journey will begin.

I'm happy that you have taken a step to think about your health. First of all a correct schedule is important since now less days are left you should focus on revising things which you have already learnt rather than venturing new things. A 6 hours sleep is a must avoid late night studying and try to wake up early in the morning and study.
Eat fresh veggies and almonds. Heat is burning people up make sure you drink lots of water.
