Hi asrith,
As ews quota is newly implemented so its difficult for me to assure you that with this jee score you can get admission into any nit or not .
But till now according to the information the cutoff of ews quota will be between the general category student and obc category student.
So with rank of 20000 in jee maims its difficult for you to get admission into any nits as there are total of 18k seats in nits as per the current seat matrix so atleast one must have a rank of less than 8k in ews quota to get admission in any nit .
