A tattoo if it is permanent cannot be done anything about. So that should be fine. But do not wear a long sleeved dress. because it needs to be simple with no big buttons or embroidery or metal chains hanging. Wear a light coloured half sleeved kurta with palazzos or formal pants. No jewelry of whatsoever metal will be allowed. And no watches or electronic gadgets will be allowed. Simple sandals are allowed but not shoes. As long as these are followed a tattoo should not be a problem.

Dear candidate
Dont be depressed as you still have 13 days and you can get your tattoo removed in time because there are lot of hospitals or clinics where you can get your tatoo removed easily and there are lot of new technologies where you can remove your tatoo painlessly so, consult those places and get your tattoo removed or else you won't be allowed to NEET as the tattooed students are not allowed to NEET exam and the average cost to remove will be around 5,000 or more depending on the laser and tatoo size and the place you consult and it may even cost you upto 15,000 if you want to go for a complete laser removal treatment but generally it will cost you less than 5,000 thats it but if your tatoo is old and has lot of colors it may take a lot of sessions and sorry to say you can't remove it in less than a month in that case and if it small you can remove it in few sessions so, it depends based on your tattoo and finally a tattoo is strictly prohibited in the medical exam as per the NEET dress code 2020, specified by NTA. If it is permanent then you can contact to the hospitals & Clinic if it can be removed. You can also contact the official on their helpdesk no.
