Since the closing ranks for colleges are not available anywhere so I cannot really give you any suggestions regarding the colleges where you can get a free seat with this rank. I choose not to guess in this matter as it is a sensitive issue and beating about the bush isn't an option. Belonging to the BC-A category can be advantageous though.

I would suggest you to participate in the counselling properly and wait.

Also, if your family income is below 2 lakhs per annum, you can get a free seat.
