respected sir, my brother was completed Bsc (agriculture) and M.Sc Life science. Is he elegible for Pgt Biology ?

Criteria wise your Brother is eligible for Post-graduate teacher. But you didn't mentioned your state or the examination in which he is going to appear for PGT. In some cases a B.Ed degree is also desirable for the post graduate teachers.
