As the Council will be started soon and the counselling is done for state counselling is done on online mode then there is no problem for attending state counselling registration online for any category of student. For the Andhra Pradesh state counselling registration for B,and C category student  can apply and take part in  Andhra Pradesh state counselling registration through online mode. How ever in both of the counselling registration for Andhra Pradesh in state counselling registration and all India counselling registration a candidate can take part in both of the registration processing in online mode
