According to your rank you will get IIT.But in old IIT's which are good you will not get good branch but in New IIT's you will get good branch even car also.
You will get cse in IIT Ropar,IIT Dhanbad,IIT Bhuvaneshvar,IIT Goa etc.I am saying this on the basis of previous year opening and closing rank.
