see I assume you are 12th exam aspirant or jee main exams aspirant, see systems of particle and rotational motion is a important chapters , to complete the chapters thoroughly by basic theory and maths problems you need 1 week maximum if you have some basic knowledge or previously studied it. now coming to completing the chapters, please donot stay all day just studying only one chapters, make a schedule and study in that particular time, physics is quite a hard subjects and if you donot find interest it would be really difficult to complete an easy topic. so make your routine and prepare throughly.

Rotation is a very big topic in JEE Main Syllabus, coaching institutes take months to complete that and sometimes also more than that.
By the way, if you are planning to complete rotation from basic to hardest level than you will have to donate minimum 15 days to Rotation. Trust me, it's a very lengthy chapter and you need to have guts to complete that.
