Hello aspirant!  Let me to inform you that non of these books are best for jee mains. Nevertheless rd Sharma is better than rs agarwal. But they are not going to help you in mains to get a good rank. See to get good rank you should follow kc Sinha for trigonometry and Amit m agarwal for differential and integral calculus, and a arihant publication book for coordinate geometry.

thanks for asking your query as you already know jee mains maximum syllabus matches with cbse syllabus therefore cbse books are prefered for jee aspirants because questions and content of cbse books matters alot.You should go with rd sharma as it is a cbse prefered book and rs aggarwal is icse prefered book .
