Hey,

It is very clear. If your caste certificate is issued under state caste list then your certificate is valid for that state only and will be considered invalid in other states. If you have your certificate issued under central government list then it will be considered All over India in different exams and the places where reservation are provided.

Kindly verify it from where have you get your certificate issued.
