Safe score depends on strength of paper .
If NEET paper would be like neet2018 then , safe zone is above 480

To secure a seat in Karnataka medical colleges aim for scoring above 450 to be on the safer side if you belong to Karnataka whereas for all India quota aim to score 560+ to be on the safer.
