Hi,

The average salary for a B.tech graduate in CSE depends on several factors like the sector you are working in, whether you are a fresher or an experienced candidate, where you are recruited, you are working within the country or abroad & many other factors.

In India, you can expect an annual package of 4 - 9 lakhs INR. If you have some experience working somewhere for 3-4 years then you can expect a salary of around 5 - 6 lakhs INR PA & if you have around 10 years of experience, you may get 7-9 lakhs INR PA.

If you are working in any government sector, like in Indian Army, ISRO, you can expect a salary ranging from 4 - 24 lakhs INR PA depending on the post & other parameters.

Top companies like Microsoft, Google, Apple pay well & if you go abroad then you will be paid a good salary according to the scope of opportunity.
