AAT is architecture entrance exam for admission into IITs (5 years undergraduate B. Arch Course). AAT can only taken by the students who have qualified JEE Advanced. There is no relation between JEE Mains paper II and AAT.
AAT is Architecture Aptitude Test and is conducted for candidates who want to pursue undergraduate architectural courses.
