Hi Dharmendra,
There is no fixed time which a student need to devote for cracking State Bank of India Probationary Officer exam. The time duration one needs to devote varies for each student depending on the preparation he has, grasping power, speed etc.
However, every candidate must atleast devote 4-5 hour on daily basis for study and practice in order to crack SBI PO exam.

Hello,
Much more than number of hours what matters is you're studying with single-minded focus and concentration, you have to gain conceptual clarity first especially in quant and reasoning, banking exam is all about speed and precision, here comes the importance of solving mock papers with timer, there are various banking exam sites where you'll find plenty of mock papers pertaining to each section of the exam pattern, so use it well, you have to understand your areas of strength and weakness, and accordingly plan the timetable to assign the number of hours to each subjects, for instance if you're an early riser you can spend the early morning solving the quant section, later move to reasoning, the one thing I can tell you about reasoning is just learn how to solve the question, once you gain enough expertise, you'll really like solving all those puzzles, inequality is really easy, but this is something which comes with understanding the concepts clearly and as I said practice, practice and practice.
