For getting AIIMS medical College you will have to participate in all india quota counseling conducted by MCC.

In neet 2021 lowest cut off marks for getting AIIMS medical College in SC category was AIR 43707 and 554 marks in first round and Air 55601 and 537 marks in second round counseling of AIQ

So if you are planning to get admission in any of AIIMS medical College then your marks in your category must be 550+ marks for safe zone in neet 2022. For old AIIMS which was established in 2012 you will be needing 600+ marks to have chances in those colleges.
