Hi Wabangsenla,
As per your marks, you can not get any medical or dental seat in any government college in India, no matter what your category is.
Sri Ramachandra college comes under the Ramchandra university which is a deemed University, because of which getting a seat there is also not possible with such low marks, even with your category rank.
