Shall I have to pay the fee again for participating in mop up round of state counselling if I already paid fee during 2nd round ????

I would like to tell you that there is no any such concept of paying the fees again for the mop up round as the fee you have paid for the counselling process the fee for mop up round is deducted from that only there for you don't need to pay any money and also if you didn't get any college in the second round of counselling and you didn't get any seat as a freeze option than a cost you are eligible to take participate in the mop up round.
