If Shivaji College has raised a query asking for the latest EWS certificate , and you have replied with a written request asking for 2 more days , then it is possible that the college may give you additional time or reopen the portal, but it is not guaranteed . This depends entirely on the admission committee's decision and the admission schedule.

You should:

Wait for the college's response on the CSAS portal or your registered email.
Keep your latest valid EWS certificate ready so you can upload it immediately if they reopen the document submission window.
If you do not receive a response soon, contact the Shivaji College admission helpdesk by phone or email and explain your situation.
