For CLAT, the eligibility marks required are at least 45% aggregate(genral category) in 12th standard. Here, aggregate suggests the total or overall percentage of the subjects. It is not asking for 45% individually in every subject. You have to give your overall percentage.
For SC and ST category, the minimum percentage required is 40%.
