HELLO ABHI!
69 percentile is not enough to get call from NIA,Pune.To get call from NIA you need at least 80 percentile in CMAT.It may vary but there is less chance in fluctutation of cuttoff.Other than this you require minimum 50% in graduation and the age of candidate should be below 26 years.
