You should not compromise with anything if you are interested in a particular field or branch.You should always try hard to get that branch.
Compromising is not a good idea to make your future.Try to search out for colleges that you can get with your marks and apply for them accordingly.

getting ECE at Thapar, instrumentation and control
engineering at NIT and CSE at Amrita Bangalore
campus but I have a very great interest in CSE branch
so I was really confused that what should I do.

If you get a best colleges compromise with branch but I suggest you to not to compromise with branch because it's your future and if the college is manageble and you can get knowledge from. Any where but see that you take branch which you are passionate in
