I had contacted the BCECE authority and they told me that try to download your admit card on 20-04-2018 after 5PM but you can also contact them on the above contact number and kindly also let me know anything special told by them if you contact them.!!

I had contacted the BCECE authority over phone they told me that no need to worry try to download after 2 days ie on 19 everything will be corrected.... So wait and watch and after all this if nothing happens you need to go to BCECE office Patna.....
