since i dint apply for 1 or 2nd round ,is it possible to do a fresh registration in mcc for deemed colleges in the mop up round.

Yes it is possible to do a fresh registration any 2019 mop up round. The dates are yet to be released. It is expected that the mop up round will start in the second or third week of August.
The option for registration will be available in the official website .
