Since test being taken in OMR, can the cut-offs be decreased for darkening the answer circles in the OMR? What is your opinion?

In my there might some issues that might affect the cut off because it does bring difference while answering but I don't think so that brings lot on table and will have great impact. All difference comes with level of difficulty the paper was made with not by mere filling OMR. This just personal opinion that's it.
