No, you cannot take admission in any of the colleges in India using your previous year's score. No matter how much you scored, you will only be eligible with the score that you have got this year.

Hope you are doing great as per the question asked by you no you can't get admission with your J.E.E mains marks you scored in 2020 in 2021 as the marks is valid only for same admission year you need to give entrance exam again in 2021 then only you will be eligible for admissions in year 2021.
