First of all you have selected engineering that is a good course to be studied. And I hope that you are technically very sound and you have your command over subjects like maths and science. Now here you have not mentiones that in which branch or descipline you are having your Btech. Talking about the course, there are numerous brnachea available in emgineering. There are even specific descipline in which you can persue your degree like civil, mechanical, compurer science, electrical, Information and communication technology and there are also some new branches like mechatronics, nano technology, artificial intelligence etc. So there many courses available but to guide you accurately, we need to know in which bramch you are studying now. Them after we can suggest you the better and good courses with the coreesponding institutes. So there are opportunities but be specific with your descipline amd then we can suggest you in better way.

There are many options available for students after completing their B.Tech course. Persuing further studies is one of those where you can try to gain expertise and specialization in your particular field of interest. This will give you an added qualification in job interviews and your probability of success will definitely improve.
To persue M.Tech in reputed institutes like IITs, NITs and CFTIs, you will have to prepare for and qualify the Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) keeping in mind about the various cut offs and criterias. Going for private universities is another option availaible as well through their respective entrance examinations.
A large number of courses are available for M.Tech studies with their own pros and cons respectively. I would suggest you to go for a course which interests you as M.Tech courses are specialisation course, requiring good amount of efforts in the student's part.
Check out the following page for a detailed branchwise information about different courses:
