sir, actually I have studied 1st to 7 in Andhra Pradesh and 8th to till post graduation in telangana. I'm I eligible to apply government jobs?

Definitely you can apply for government jobs in Telangana if your residential address proof states that you're a resident of Telangana.And more over you would be selected to govt jobs based on your merit in the entrance examination rather than your local address mentioned .Address proof is just a proof of being local in that place ,so basically it's not so very much important in this case .Hope this is helpful ,thank you.
