Dear student,
Every counselling is now done only in online mode, if you want to participate in the counselling then you need to visit the official website of that institute, just register yourself, everything they are asking, select your preferences pay the counselling fee and that's it. You don't need to go anywhere, you can do it by yourself on your laptop or you can visit to the nearby cyber cafe.
But in the last or spot round of counselling they might call you to be in the campus for leftover seats, rest things are done only in online mode.
