Qualifying NEET exam does not mean that you will get a seat in medical College for that you need to score above a particular cut-off so based upon your marks your chances of getting a seat in any medical College is difficult but you can try for management quota seats in private medical Colleges but for that you have to pay extra money other than your fees.i hope this information helps you.
