Yes, you can definitely get good placement after doing MBA from any top B schoo.
You are completely eligible for applying in MBA after completing your BA. After that you should prepare for CAT,XAT,MAT,SNAP etc minationions and if you can get into top IIMs then you can get Placement in lackhs or even if you get any top 10-20 B schools then you can easily get a placement above 10 lakh per annum given you maintain a good academic throughout.
