Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board (BCECEB) has postponed the second/third round of counseling for BCECE PCM qualified candidates. The board has not given any reason for postponing the counseling process yet. The notice published on the official BCECEB website says that the counseling has been postponed due to some unavoidable circumstances. No date has been finalized, you need to keep visiting the official website for the counseling date.

Today I opened the website of BCECE-UGEAC but it doess saythat the registeration period is over. What does that mean. Is that a sign that 3rd round is cancelled or what on account of filled seats.. Pls reply
