Sir by mistake I have uploaded signature with blue ball pen in place of black ink, can I upload another signature with black ink?please tell me I am very afraid.

yes, you need to upload again your signature by using black ink pen .because in information bulletin of neet 2020 it is clearly written that the candidate has to upload signature by using black ink pen .
uploading signature by using blue ink pen may leads to rejection of your application form.
