I am extremely sorry to tell you dear but being a PCM student you are not eligible for Neet examination, to be eligible for NEET you must have passed your class 12th board examination with at least a minimum of 50% marks taken together in physics chemistry and Biology in your class 12th board examination if you belong to general category ; while it's only 40% aggregate in pcb for obc, sc and st categories . You should have also passed English in your 12th examination.
If you still want to give Neet examination ,
what you can do is study and pass Biology as an additional subject from recognised open board like NIOS to meet the aforesaid criteria and then you will be eligible for Neet examination
