Talathi post comes under talathi bharti . The eligibility for talathi bharti is that you should have graduation degree of any University from any stream or you should be in the last year of your degree and knowlegde of marathi and hindi languages.
So yes you can apply for talathi post if you are a computer engineer graduate.
