Yes if the NTA really conducts NEET exam twice a year then you can attempt both of the exams, and the one which you've performed the best in will be taken into consideration for admission.

There is no limit to number of exams you are applying, there is only limit to the number of attempts you make. Give it your best shot

About neet 2019.i mean that suppose if my xam which will be conducted in feb doesnt go well then am i elligible for the one which will be in may?
