You cannot take an admission for B.Tech after completing ITI. For that you need to do a diploma in engineering in the stream of your choice.After completing your diploma program you are eligeble to appear for JEE main. You have a possibility of securing a seat in either of the IITs or any good state engineering colleges for going ahead with B.Tech in the respective stream of your choice.

No, I'm afraid you cannot take direct admission into B.Tech. after ITI. However, you can try three of the following ways:
1) After your ITI you are eligible for the lateral entry in Diploma of Engineering Programme (course duration: 3 years)

2) You can also give JEE Advanced after diploma and you will be eligible to get admission in IITs.

3) You can also procure Lateral Entry in B.Tech. programme in most of the State engineering Colleges, like Delhi Technical University (DTU). Due to the diploma you have already done, you will be able to finish you B.Tech. in 3 years only.

4) Y ou can apply for AMIE membership in The Institution of Engineers (India), which is like a correspondence B.Tech.
