It has been updated that the counselling of AP PGECET 2019 for qualified candidates will begin from Fourth week of July 2019 i.e this week. Particular date hasn't been issued. Be in touch with the site for regular updates. The authority will announce the dates for further rounds of AP PGECET counselling 2019.

As of noe there are no official announcements yet regardging the counselling dates for AP PGECET 2019.You have to wait until they are out.Once the notification is released the counselling will start.Until then keep a check on new updates so that you will not miss any important details regarding the counselling.You may use the below link to check updates
