If the rank 54497 is your category rank then I think you may not get the seat in top TS Eamcet colleges. But if you have a category like St or sc there are many chances of you getting into the TS eamcet colleges. And if you are a general category student then there are less chances of you getting in to govt colleges. I hope this helps.
