You can below the list of documents to be uploaded while filling neet application form :-
- Your passport size photograph:- background should be white , preferably with name and date of taking the photograph, with no cap or goggles, 80% face coverage should be there in the photo, ears clearly visible in the photograph.
- Postcard size picture:- Postcard size picture should be take on or after 1st September 2019, preferably with name and date of taking the photograph , you should not be wearing cap or goggles in the photo
- Signature:- Your signature should be with back pen on white Background with black pen, in running hand writing .
- Left-hand thumb impression:- impression should be with blue ink on white paper
- Class 10 passing certificate :- Get your 10th passing Certificate scanned for uploading while filling neet application form .
